Cut to length line can decoil metal sheet strip coil,flatten metal sheetstrip,cut metal strip, for getting certain length metal plates (sheet). Cut to length line mainly includes coil car, uncoiler, straightener, NC servo feeder, shearing machine, conveyor feeder, loader stacker, etc. Users can put original metal material coil onto coil car, then coil car transit coil to uncoiler, uncoiler can decoil coil, then straightener flatten strip, NC servo feedergauge length automatically, shearing machine cut off strip, in order to get flat and plain metal plates, then conveyor feeder cantmove metal plates to loader, We can design andproduce different cut to length line as per your requirement.
