Cut to length line mainly includes coil car, uncoiler, straightener, NC servo feeder, shearing machine, conveyor feeder, loader stacker, etc. Users can put original metal material coil onto coil car, then coil car transit coil to uncoiler, uncoiler can decoil coil, then straightener flatten strip, NC servo feedergauge requiredlength automatically, shearing machine cut off strip, in order to get flat and plain metal plates, then conveyor feeder cantmove metal plates to loader, For example, when metal strip coilwidth is 1700mm, cut to length line decoil metal strip coil,then cut off metal strip, in order to getlong metal plates,such asmetal plate width is 1700mm still, metal plate length is 3000mm.
